Dominey as Vice President of Research and Development. In this position Dr. Dominey will be responsible for expansion of existing business sectors with emphasis on product improvements and new product development. Dr. Dominey will focus on specialty areas such as PVC stabilizers, catalysts and advanced battery materials. Dr. Dominey has extensive experience in advanced battery systems, functional polymers and material science. He holds key patents relating to advanced rechargeable batteries, and has published several scientific and management pieces. Prior to joining OM Group, Inc. he held various positions with Covalent Associates, a Boston based research and development technology consulting firm, where he most recently served as Vice President of Research and Development.
