Even foods that one never thinks of as organic are being reformulated to cash in on the trend. Consumer engagement and research platform Ripple Street surveyed its national consumer panel and discovered emerging trends in the organic foods industry. Among the trends include the perception that organic foods are for everyone but prices are crushing sales, the knowledge of consumers on its benefits and the relevance of product trial as the most strongly influenced by in-store discovery.
