Silver Spring TB Cases Spur Testing at School, Federal Complex FINAL Edition
Tuberculosis tests began in mid-Apr 1997 for employees at a federal complex in Silver Spring MD after the death of a security guard who worked there. In a separate development, authorities planned to test some students at a local high school after the disease was found in a classmate.
