WILL POWELL'S WORDS HAVE IMPACT?

As I watched Colin Powell?s devastatingly dead-on endorsement of Barack Obama --and stinging rebuke of John McCain -- on Sunday, I immediately had two thoughts: If Powell wants a place in an Obama administration, I?d say most fair-minded Americans would welcome him.
