Abstract [Guanajuato].- El procurador estatal de los Derechos Humanos, Manuel Vidaurri Arechiga, senalo ayer a la Policia Preventiva de [Leon] como la mas "temida" de las corporaciones en la entidad, debido a los excesos en que incurren sus agentes. "Algunos casos extremos se han dado en el municipio de Leon recientemente, de manera preocupante, pues la Policia Preventiva se excede en sus funciones al allanar domicilios, detener sin causa justificada, enfrentarse a los ciudadanos, recurrir con frecuencia a la violencia, intervenir por su cuenta en asuntos relacionados con el narcotrafico o el contrabando y realizar investigaciones para las cuales no tienen atribuciones legales", acuso Vidaurri Arechiga.
