An eyecatching entrant in the Display Home over $200,000 category is the Monterey Vogue, by Krslovic Homes. The wellappointed house, on display at HomeWorld, Kellyville, was designed to appeal to the top end of the new home market. Bright and spacious, it features large, openplan informal living areas and a stunning designer kitchen, with full glass, conservatorystyle meals area and curved central bench, sunken formal living room, dining rooms and a triple garage. Last year, a breathtakingly different house on Sydney's Pittwater entered in the Custom Built Home over $600,000 category, took out the Home of the Year award for local builder Craig Pocklington. Designed by Peter Stutchbury and Sue Harper of architectural firm Stutchbury and Pape, the pavilion style, trilevel home nestled into the side of a hill featured a curved roof and stunning use of glass.
