Summary:[John Graves], who is managing partner of Ebsworth & Ebsworth, will be stepping down and clearing the way for his friend Juan Martinez of HWL to run the combined organisation. "I've been managing partner of a law firm before and I know what it's like," says Graves. The merger will result in Ebsworth lawyers moving into the current HWL offices in Sydney's Australia Square, making that the firm's biggest office. In Melbourne, both firms will continue to occupy their adjacent offices in Bourke Street. And in Brisbane the Ebsworth people will move in with HWL in Eagle Street.
