Summary: | The attitude of the board is apparent in their setting aside of the orderly process and rule of law, defying Judge [Sonna Anderson]'s decision and instead delivering their own iron-fisted revocation of Dr. [George Hsu]'s license all over again. Their prejudice is couched in the language of their decision: "The board cannot monitor Dr. Hsu's practice for the remainder of his career" - as if Hsu is in any way a slouch or a bane to his patients, when not one has complained. A sparsely populated state like North Dakota needs top- flight doctors in its rural outreaches, and Dr. Hsu is one of the finest this area has had. Dr. Hsu's exoneration was well-deserved |
