Summary:Quam Ltd. There are numerous sites offering investment analysis with an eye on Asia, but not many allow Web users free access. Here's one that does: Quam provides commentary from Tony Measor, who's best known for his articles in Hong Kong-based Next magazine. This site includes daily and weekly analysis of Hong Kong markets, China coverage and discussion forums. Mr. Measor also fields questions from those requesting advice. Other goodies available include useful information such as price/earnings ratios and real-time quotations from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Quam, which launched its Web site in December, promises a Chinese-language version soon.
