| Abstract | Dear Martha Carr: Have you ever noticed how often there are cars in the speed lane going only 55 mph? They create a real hazard for the people coming up in back of them who are traveling faster. I figure, from the general speed of the traffic I ride in, that the outside lane goes, at average, 55 mph; the middle lane goes 60 mph; and the inside lane goes as fast as it pleases - held up only by those 55-mph "traffic monitors" who really are the culprits. |
