Orthodox Easter, which falls a week later on April 27, will be celebrated at Molyvos, 871 Seventh Ave., 212-582- 7500, with a midnight five-course meal costing $48 a person on April 26 and a special a la carte menu on the following day. At Estiatorio Milos, 125 W. 55th St., 212-245-7400, 22 lambs will be roasted on spits and served at a three-course midnight meal costing $95 a person; roast lamb also will be available as a dinner entree on Easter Sunday, along with the usual a la carte menu.
