In that studio, built over the garage and surrounded by the trees you can almost reach out and touch, Bansemer turns out painting after painting. "Roger has not exhibited publicly in many years, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to showcase his paintings," said Judy Waterman, owner and curator of the gallery. She chose about 40 of the artist's works for the exhibit. "I am trying to group them into land, sea or air in keeping with the theme, `A Personal Sense of Place.' " |
