Summary: | WHEN I TOOK my new club, Warrington, to play my old one, Bradford, at Odsal last season, they brought me on to the pitch at half-time to make a presentation. The fans gave me a great reception, and that meant a lot to me, but then I told them to look out for the Warrington Wolves, that we were going to be another Bradford Bulls. Their response was to start singing, `You don't know what you're doing'. We've got them in the Super League at Odsal today and then the Challenge Cup semi-final at Headingley next Saturday. Two massive games for both clubs, and I think the Bradford fans will appreciate that as much as Warrington supporters and people who care about the game as a whole. Our two games against Bradford are going to be very different, and whatever the outcome at Odsal today I still wouldn't like to predict what's going to happen at Headingley on Saturday. There's no doubt that Bradford are the favourites today. Odsal is a pretty intimidating place to go I should know better than anybody, because I helped to create that atmosphere and I know the Bulls are hoping for a big, big crowd. |
