Sharing my story and finally being honest allowed me to break the cycle and exert some control over my life. binge eating disorder isn’t something I will ever be free or cured from, but it is something I have learned to live with and once I shared my biggest secret with friends, family and anyone else who would listen, I was finally in a position where if I was hungry, I could eat in front of people.
