Summary:This paper presents the contribution of a multi-method approach for analysis and modeling applied to a grain quality assessment system. We present on the one hand, the grain quality assessment activities in Tunisia and on the other hand, a multi-method approach based on the use of OOPP, SADT and UML methods. The models developed made it possible to describe the complex functioning of the grain quality assessment system and the identification of the information governing it.
