PROPIEDADES DISCRIMINATIVAS DEL TEST FIGURA COMPLEJA DE REY EN PACIENTES CON ENFERMEDAD DE ALZHEIMER

Alzheimer's disease is a neurocognitive disorder and the most common dementia; It usually manifests itself after the age of 60, causing the progressive loss of the cognitive, behavioral and functional abilities of people, to the point of generating an involution of their basic skills for daily life. There are no neuropsychological tests with discriminative properties and cut-off points for the Colombian population that allow professionals to measure the initial manifestations of Alzheimer's disease clinically. The objective was to determine the sensitivity (SEN), the specificity (SPE), the positive predictive values (PPV) and the negative (NPV) and the cut-off points of the Complex Rey test in patients with mild Alzheimer's disease or initial stage in Neiva, Colombia.
