Summary: | The 2020 Annual Spring Meeting was canceled, but ABI's staff, under the outstanding guidance of Executive Director Amy Quackenboss, quickly adapted to the pandemic's impact by switching to virtual programing in a seamless manner. Insolvency 2020 last October and the 2021 Annual Spring Meeting are shining examples of the very best in virtual programming, all led by ABI Vice President-Education Douglas L. Lutz (Frost Brown Todd LLC; Cincinnati). In closing, I extend my warm thanks to my predecessor, Hon. Barbara J. Houser (U.S. Bankruptcy Court (N.D. Tex.); Dallas), who led our organization through perhaps the most difficult period in its nearly 40-year history. |
