Juxtaposing a vast selection of texts which vary in length, subject matter, register and form, its contents have been enthusiastically plundered and published in numerous editions from the late 18th century onwards. Yet despite this effort, recent editions of texts from this manuscript serve as a timely reminder of the possibility that even after 200 years of study, there may still be items of interest which have been neglected. |
