Summary:Discussion: Upon our review, very few cases of antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia causing mastitis have been reported in the literature, mostly involving Risperidone. Conclusion: Increasing awareness of mastitis as a manifestation of hyperprolactinemia among endocrinologists, breast surgeons, and psychiatrists would help provide conservative management and guide long-term preventive therapy of these patients.
