Summary:The present study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis to understand the state of the art of academic research that relates outsourced human resources management in the construction industry. For this, the article seeks to identify what is produced, released and knowledge generated by the scientific community related to the topic, besides analyze its key trends. For this, was constructed a tree of keywords in order to study the search engines publications on the subject and then do the processing and analysis of data with the support of software EndNote ®, RefViz ® and Excel ®. It was possible to note a recent increase in publications on the subject of this article and it was also possible to identify countries that have the best human development index (HDI), are the leading scholars of this subject.
