문재인 정부의 한국-타지키스탄 경제협력 성과와 과제

본 논문은 한국과 타지키스탄 양국 간 이루어지고 있는 협력사업들을 종합적이고 체계적으로 분석하고 향후의 유망한 협력사업들을 제안하는데 있다. 문재인 정부의 신북방정책 추진으로 이룩한 한국과 타지키스탄 간 주요 협력 성과로서 첫째, 경제기술과학협력 공동위를 통한 실질협력 강화, 무상개발협력 사업 이행 및 확대 등 경제협력체계 마련, 둘째, 섬유, 산림, 수자원 등 산업협력 다각화, 셋째, 교육·문화 등 인적교류 협력 등에서 구체적인 사례들을 제시하였다. 그리고 향후 한국과 타지키스탄 양국 간 협력과제로서 타지키스탄의 국가발전전략과 개발수요를 고려하고, 한국의 비교우위 분야 및 강점을 살릴 수 있는 분야인 산업, 교육, 에너지, 농림수산, 교통 등 5가지를 중점협력 분야로 지정하고 ODA 사업을 적극적으로 발굴하고 추진하기로 하였다. 따라서, 이들 5가지 분야를 중심으로 타지키스탄의 개발수요를 분석하고 지원 방향 및 분야별 실행과제를 제시하였다. This paper aims to comprehensively and systematically analyze the cooperative projects between Korea and Tajikistan and to suggest promising future cooperative projects. Specific examples were presented as major cooperation achievements between Korea and Tajikistan achieved through the Moon Jae-in administration’s New Northern Policy, first, establishing an economic cooperation system such as strengthening substantive cooperation through the Joint Committee on Economic, Technological and Scientific Cooperation, implementing and expanding free development cooperation projects, etc. second, diversification of industrial cooperation in the fields of textiles, forests, and water resources, etc. and third, human exchange and cooperation such as education and culture. In addition, as future cooperation tasks between Korea and Tajikistan, considering Tajikistan's national development strategy and development needs, Korea’s government designated as a field of cooperation five areas: industry, education, energy, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and transportation that can make use of Korea's comparative advantage and strength. And Korea’s government decided to actively discover and promote ODA projects in these fives fields. Therefore, the development demand of Tajikistan was analyzed focusing on these five fields, and the direction of support and implementation tasks for each field were presented. KCI Citation Count: 0
