교사집단의 청소년 자살예방 교육을 위한소시오드라마 경험 연구－근거이론적 접근

본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 청소년 자살예방 교육을 위한 소시오드라마가 교육에 참여한 교사의 역할과 개인적인 태도 변화에 어떤 영향을 주었는지와 둘째, 학생을 위한 자살예방 방법으로 활용 가능하지를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대구지역 초등교사 120명을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 8시간의 청소년 자살예방을 위한 소시오드라마를 실시하였다. 실시 후에 개방형설문지에 의한 경험 보고서를 작성하고 회수하였다. 설문지를 회수 한 후 스트라우스와 코빈(Strauss & Corbin 1990.)의 근거이론을 토대로 질적 분석한 결론은 소시오드라마를 활용한 자살예방 교육은 교사들의 학생에 대한 이해, 특히 자살하는 학생들의 심리를 이해하고 공감하는데 큰 도움이 되었으며, 교사가 교육현장에서 자신의 모습을 직면하고 자기자녀에 대한 이해에 까지 경험이 확장 되었다는 보고가 있었다. 이는 모레노의 역할이론 근거에 의해 소시오드라마가 행위화를 통해 교사의 역할과 개인의 태도의 변화를 가져왔으며, 교육현장인 학교에서 실시하는 인성교육으로 활용 가능함을 입증하였다고 본다. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of sociodrama geared toward instructing how to educate adolescents not to commit suicide on the changes of the roles and personal attitude of participating teachers and to determine the applicability of this kind of sociodrama as a way to prevent students from committing suicide. The subjects in this study were 120 elementary school teachers in the region of Daegu. They performed in sociodrama twice for eight hours, and then an open-ended survey was conducted to let them report their experiences. After their answer sheets were collected, a qualitative analysis was carried out based on Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory. As a result, suicide prevention education by sociodrama was of great use for the teachers to understand and empathize the mentality of students, especially students who committed suicide. Furthermore, they looked back on themselves and even were able to understand their own children. The findings proved that based on Moreno‘s role theory, sociodrama brought about a change to the roles and personal attitude of the teachers through their own acting out, and that it can be used as a means of personality education.
