폐콘크리트의 현장재활용을 위한 경제성 지표개발-택지개발사업지구를 중심으로

최근 재건축 및 재개발의 활성화, 대규모 택지개발에 의한 신도시 건설, 사회기반시설 확충 등의 증가로 건설폐기물이 급증하고 있다. 급증하는 건설폐기물 문제를 해결하기 위해 정부는 2003년 12월에 “건설폐기물의 재활용 촉진에 관한 법률”을 제정하였다. 이 법에 의하면 건설폐기물은 중간처리업체뿐만 아니라 건설공사현장에서 배출자가 직접 재활용할 수 있도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 택지개발사업지구에서 폐콘크리트를 현장재활용하고 있는 사례를 통하여 경제성을 분석하여 현장재활용의 타당성 여부를 규명하였다. 또한 민감도 분석을 통하여 현장재활용비용에 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하고 그 요소들에 따른 현장재활용의 경제적 손익분기점을 추정하였다. Recently, the construction wastes increase rapidly due to the revitalization of reconstruction and redevelopment, the development of new urbanization of large housing development, the expansion of social infrastructure, and so on. To solve rapid increase of construction waste, the government established "the rule on the promotion of recycling of construction waste" in December, 2003. According to the rule, construction wastes can be recycled by either processing on commission or discharger of construction waste. This study proved the validation of site recycling for construction waste as economic efficiency is analyzed through the case study of site recycling at large housing development district. Using the sensitivity analysis, factors affecting the cost of site recycling was analyzed and the break-even point for the cost of site recycling was estimated according to the factors KCI Citation Count: 3
