보육교사를 위한 아동 건강관리 프로토콜 개발 및 평가

본 연구는 아동 건강관리의 주요한 요소로 이를 10 Kid Keys (건강검진/성장발달, 건강생활실천, 전염성 질환관리, 안전사고 및 재해, 응급상황 대처 및 연계, 아동학대, 영양/비만, 교사의 질, 부모교육, 보육시설 지도/감독)로 명명하고 10개의 영역으로 구분된 <영유아 건강관리 프로토콜>을 개발한 연구로, 연구의 목적은 보육시설 현장에서 영유아 건강관리를 효율적으로 하기 위함이다. 영유아 건강관리 프로토콜을 개발하기 위해 2009년 3월부터 8월까지 이론적 기틀 개발, 프로토콜 개발 및 평가를 수행하였다. 프로토콜 개발은 교수설계 모형 중 하나인 ADDIE 모형을 이용하였다. ADDIE 모형은 분석(analysis), 설계(design), 개발(development),실행(implement) 및 평가(evaluation)의 교수체제 개발과정으로 이루어진다. 이러한 단계를 거쳐 개발된 본 아동 건강관리 프로토콜은 우리나라의 보육시설 어느 곳이든 사용할 수 있도록 구성되어 실제적으로 일선 현장에서 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다. 또한 아동 건강전문가로 이루어진 자문팀을 통한 평가와 보육교사를 대상으로 이루어진 전반적인 평가를 통해 어느 정도의 신뢰성과 타당성이 입증되었다고 생각된다. 그러나 앞으로 본 프로토콜에 대한 계속적인 수정과 보완이 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 또한 본 프로토콜은 영유아 보육시설에 맞는 다양한 보육 프로그램들을 개발하고 적용할 수 있는 계기로 삼을 수 있을 것이며, 영유아들의 특성과 요구에 부응하는 다양한 변수를 고려하여 보육 프로그램에 반영해야 할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a child health care protocol for teachers in child day care centers. Methods:The ADDIE model with 10 Kid Keys was applied to develop this child health care protocol. All contents were developed through content validity test by 7 professionals and need assessment and evaluation by child day care center teachers. Results:This protocol consisted of 10 keys, as follows:「Health Examination/Growth & Development」,「Practice of Health Life」, 「Management of Communicable Disease」, 「Negligent Accident」,「Coping with Emergency and Transference」,「Child Abuse 」,「Nutrition/Obesity」,「Quality Assurance of Staff」,「Parent Education」,「Guidance & Supervision of Child Day Care Centers」. The contents contained goals, objectives, teaching content, suggested activities for children, writing forms related to each subject, and self-evaluation sheet. Conclusion: This protocol can be practical and effective for child health care in child day care centers and it is hoped that it will be utilized in more child day care centers. KCI Citation Count: 13
