고령자 인터랙션 디자인 연구경향

현대 과학 기술이 급속한 발전을 이루고 있는 현시대에 고령자들이 과학 기술의 편리함을 누릴 수 있는연구 내용이 향후 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 ‘고령자를 위한 인터랙션 디자인’ 분야의 연구 경향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법은 KCI 등재 학술지 논문과 국내 박사 학위 논문의연구 주제, 연구 목적, 연구 내용, 연구 유형, 연구 방법을 분석하고, KCI 등재 학술지 논문과 국내 박사 학위 논문의 경향을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 연구내용은 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)의 자료 검색을통해 추출된 2019년부터 2023년까지의 논문을 대상으로 KCI 등재 학술지 논문 125편과 국내 박사학위 논문 59편을 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과, 학술지 논문과 학위 논문의 경향 분석 결과 연구주제,연구목적, 연구내용, 연구유형의 가장 많은 연구가 된 분야는 학술지 논문과 학위 논문 모두 동일하게나타났으나, 가장 적은 연구가 된 분야는 다르게 나타났다. 반면 연구방법은 가장 많은 연구가 된 분야와 가장 적은 연구가 된 분야가 동일하게 나타났다. 연구 주제는 ‘환경’과 관련한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구 목적은 ‘전략ž이론을 제시’하는 연구가 많았다. 연구 내용은 ‘실물 인터랙션 디자인’에 대한연구가 지속적으로 연구되고 있으며, ‘서비스 인터랙션 디자인’에 대한 연구도 증가하고 있었으나 ‘인터페이스 인터랙션 디자인’에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상태로 파악되었다. 세부적으로는 ‘공간 디자인’을연구한 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 유형은 ‘응용 연구’가 많았는데, 이는 새로운 지식을얻기 위한 실질적인 목적이나 목표를 추구하는 독창적인 ‘응용 연구’가 하나의 트렌드로 자리매김하였음을 알 수 있었다. 고령자 인터랙션 디자인 분야에 적용되는 연구 방법은 전형적인 양적 연구나 질적연구에 치중하기보다는 양적 데이터의 객관성과 질적 데이터의 심층적 이해를 동시에 얻을 수 있는‘혼합 연구’로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구 방법으로 제기된 문제를 다양한 가설을 통해 증명하고 있었다. In the present era of rapid advancements in modern science and technology, research thatenables seniors to enjoy the conveniences of these developments should continue to beconducted in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in the field of‘Interaction Design for the Seniors’. Based on the papers searched through RISS from 2019 to2023, 125 published KCI journals and 59 domestic doctoral theses were analyzed. This studyanalyzes the trends in research topics, purposes, contents, types, and methods of published KCIjournals and domestic doctoral theses. It also provides a comparative analysis of these trends. The analysis results show that, in terms of research topics, purposes, contents, and types, themost researched fields in both journals and theses are the same, but the least researched fieldsdiffer. Instead, the most and least researched fields of research methods are the same. The mostcommon research topics are related to ‘environment’, and the main research purpose is ‘strategyžtheoretical formulation’. In terms of research contents, the research on ‘physical interactiondesign’ for seniors is continuously developing, and research on ‘service interaction design’ is alsoincreasing. However, research on ‘interface interaction design’ is still considered insufficient. Specifically, the most common research topic is ‘space design’. As for the types of research,there were many ‘application research’ studies, showing that original ‘application research’pursuing practical purposes or goals for acquiring new knowledge has become a trend. Theresearch method applied in the field of seniors interaction design is ‘hybrid research’. Thismethod simultaneously obtains the objectivity of quantitative data and an in-depth understandingof qualitative data. Instead of focusing on typical quantitative or qualitative research, this methodcan prove problems through various hypotheses. KCI Citation Count: 0
