재난지수와 부패지수의 상관관계 분석 : 2013-2015년의 지수를 중심으로

각종 재난의 이면에는 부패가 깊숙이 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 본 글은 부패지수와 위기지수와의 상관관계를 분석하여 위기관리학에서 새로운 관점을 찾아내는데 목적이 있다. 그래서 본 글은 GDP지수, 부패지수, World Risk 지수를 크로스체크 하여 분석하였다. 본 글은 2013년도에서 2015년도까지의 GDP지수 상위 20위와 하위 20일을 기준으로, 부패지수는 상위 20위에서 하위 20위를 기준으로, 마지막으로 World Risk 지수는 상위 20위과 하위20위 기준으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가의 부패지수가 높고, 경제적 자립도가 낮을수록 국가적 위험에 취약함이 나타났다. 둘째, 국가가 청렴하고, 경제적 자립도가 높은 국가 및 대륙일수록 국가적 위험이 안전하다고 평가 되었다. 이러한 다양한 지표분석의 크로스체크 활용은 앞으로 위기관리 취약계층 분석 및 통합적 재난관리 연구에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. The hidden side of various disasters is deeply related to corruption. Therefore, this study aims to find a new perspective in crisis management by analyzing the correlation between the corruption index and the crisis index. For this study, the GDP index, the corruption index and the World Risk index are cross-checked and analyzed. The GDP index is based on the top 20 ranks and the bottom 20 ranks, the corruption index is based on the top 20 ranks and the bottom 20 ranks and the World Risk index is based on the top 20 ranks and the bottom 20 ranks from 2013 to 2015. The study findings are as follows. First, the countries with a high corruption index and a low economic independence are vulnerable to national risks. Second, the countries and continents with high integrity and economic independence are safe from national risks. It is considered that this cross-check using various index analyses would be helpful in analyzing crisis management of vulnerable classes and studying integrated disaster management.
