Summary:The present study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence (SQ) and cultural intelligence (CQ) and measure their impacts on interpersonal communication skills on cultural tour guides in a religious complex in Iran via structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the survey show that there is a positive and significant relationship between SQ and CQ. Also, we found that CQ has a significant effect on interpersonal communication skills. The effect of SQ on communication skills was not supported in this study.
