Summary:Disease diagnosis is one of the diligences where data mining instruments are providing successful outcomes. All the disease (like Heart Disease, Cancer and HIV) is the chairing cause of death all over the world. Some of the diagnostic and laboratory procedures are in cursive, costly and painful to patients. Now a day's diabetes is an inveterate disease that needs to be consistently monitored to preserve the blood sugar levels within normal ranges. To maintain blood sugar level in rule stage, taking medicine based on sugar level provides effective result for all diabetic patients. For that here we propose an Android application to reduce the time and travelling expenses, which is easy to use by any user and for the quick response as to what has to be done when you get to recognize your blood sugar level, using a Smartphone application. This system designed to be a long term health companion for patient with diabetic. A smartphone based patient platform allowing manual input of glucose and variables regarding blood glucose levels (e.g. Meal carbohydrate substance, exercise) and providing real time insulin Recommendations. Here a user input data is encrypted by DES algorithm for maintaining the data. It allows patients to get Insulin based on sugar level at any time with the help of cloud server with a proficiency of apriori algorithm. Here cloud server used for suggesting Insulin based on user old medical history. By using this system user can get suggestion with efficient way and suitable medicine.
