Abstract | The purpose of this study is to optimize the construction progress and resource allocation of highway engineering, and improve the construction efficiency and resource utilization. Therefore, this paper constructs the construction schedule optimization model and resource allocation algorithm, and verifies its effectiveness through simulation experiments. The construction schedule optimization model significantly shortens the project cycle by intelligently adjusting the task sequence and resource input. In the case of limited resources, the resource allocation algorithm realizes the balanced allocation of resources among tasks and improves the efficiency of resource utilization. The experimental results show that the model can solve the optimal resource allocation scheme by defining decision variables, objective functions and constraints. The short running time and strong stability further prove the effectiveness of the model. Through the application of the proposed construction schedule optimization model, the construction period is significantly shortened and the cost is also significantly reduced, which reflects the effectiveness of the optimization model in improving construction efficiency and cost control. This research not only provides a new theoretical support for highway engineering construction management, but also provides a practical decision-making tool for actual engineering construction. |
