Summary: | A system in place for real-time monitoring, leak detection, water use optimizations, and water distribution that can adjust through IoT technologies dynamically is being developed; it includes high-tech solutions. The prototype design is based on a combination of hardware (sensors and actuators) with software, such as a data management platform and notification system, to develop a water management system characterized by efficiency and flexibility. In water management technology, practical experimentation in the actual environment manifests a higher rate of improvement in water management practices. The outcomes showcased monitoring accuracy at 95%, indicating that system performance can ensure the real-time consumption data is foolproof and dependable. The system proved to be 85% accurate at detecting water half, proving it was an efficient way of quickly resolving water loss. Moreover, the system showed an impressive increase in efficiency up to 90 %. The system is now one of the crucial elements in increasing water utility distribution and conservation efforts. The system also showed its effectiveness through user input (88% of the respondents said they were happy). An indication of the system's usability and the quality of water management, the overall 80% satisfaction rate suggests. The research assesses how the system performs and its peculiarities compared to current studies, emphasizing its innovation in water systems' IoT applications. Besides the fact that system issues like compatibility and scalability are provided in the study, the field of research is open for further investigations, such as looking for the role of modern predictive analytics and pursuing user-oriented features. |
