Summary:陳殿義、倪蕙芳、蔡東纂、顏志恒.2011.台灣地區根腐線蟲Pmtylenchu coffeae (Nematoda: Pratylenchidae)之鑑定. 植病會刊20: 26-38. 自2007年10月起至2011年3月止，從台灣地區的甜橙、桶柑、文旦、檸檬、酪梨、葡萄的根部及山藥塊莖 上，以改良式柏門氏漏斗分離法共計分離到8個根腐線蟲{Pratylenchus spp.)種群。經由光學顯微鏡和SEM的形 態特徵觀察，該8個根腐線蟲種群皆具有唇部低平，唇部上具有2個體環（annules)，唇端上之唇盤（labial disc)和 唇板（labial plate)融合而呈現為平滑面（smooth face)；尾部尾端大多呈現截頭形（truncate)，少數為鈍狀圓突形 (bluntly pointed)。另外由形態測量值（morphometrics)的比對分析，並輔以包含完整內轉錄區間ITS-1和ITS-2和 5.8S基因，以及部分18S和28S基因序列的核糖體DNA (ribosomal DNA, rDNA)片段序列的相同度（identity)比較， 因此將該 8 個根腐線蟲種群皆鑑定為 P. coffeae (Zimmermann, 1898) Filipjev ＆ Schuurmans Stekhoven, 1941。P. coffeae的rDNA片段代表性序列大小為1249 bp，其中ITS-1、ITS-2及5.8S的序列大小，依序分別為484 bp、311 bp 及 157 bp
