Summary: | Biological invasions are increasing worldwide, damaging ecosystems and socioeconomic sectors. Two decades ago, the ''100 of the world's worst'' invasive alien species list was established by the IUCN to improve communications , identifying particularly damaging 'flagship' invaders globally (hereafter, worst).
