Summary:The quality of life of teenagers was studied from objective and subjective conditions in which the population lives using the Kidscreen-52 to analyze those dimensions. This document shows the application of 2,257 school students aged from 11 to 16 with the parent's and student's consent. The results obtained display the main indicators of the psychometric adjustments. The reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha and the McDonald's omega. The validity was checked using Rasch's modeling with INFIT and OUTFIT including the Confirmatory Factor Analysis presenting a good fit for both models. Finally, the measurement resulted invariant in the analysis of the sex and age. In general, all the results are satisfactory for the Mexican study.
