Abstract Is is well known that the whole World became dependent from the source of energy. Consume of natural resources, which sources are reduced, it is unlimited, and from the other side, the necessaries of the society is growing. Many enevironmental protection questions and problems became global, such as climate changes, pollution outside of states, formation of desert areas, loss of biodiversity etc, and they are not under the influence of the national governments only. The forest ecosystems are the irreplaceable factor for solution the environmental problems, not only in the regional frames, but also abroad, because theirs general-usefully functions realizing total effect and they have suitable biospheres importance. Environmental pollution causes many ecological problems, climate changes and global warming, which have very bad influence on the forest ecosystems in the whole world, and Serbia also. By the forestation, Serbia with 2.3 millions of hectares of forests, should be in the group of very rich countries with this, not only economical, but also ecological important resource. However, condition of forests and references from the court shows that Serbia is rich with the poor forests, which are exploit with minimally or without investment. Forest areas are reduced especially in last ten years, with reduced measure of care and reduced girth (more of 80% from 1982 until today). Strategy of natural resources must have concern about concern of sustainable development. It is necesssary to escort permanent economic policy, without interest profit now, no matter how much it cost, because we have to leave to the future generations at least as much that we have received from our ancestors.
