Abstract | The possibilities of residual cellulosic materials utilization for cellulolytic enzymes production by Trichoderma reesei mutant strain 12/9 were studied. Beet pulp, lignocellulose by-product of furfural production processes from the conifers wood (LP) and rape straw (LCB) were used as carbon sources. The highest cellulolytic enzymes activities - 2.1 FPU/cu. cm filtrate were obtained for 4 percent LP, initial pH 6.0 and enzyme biosynthesis pH 4.6-6.0. It was proved that enzyme sorption by solid residues of medium was dependent on initial and final pH as well as LP concentration. Sorption decreased with increasing pH and increased with LP concentration. Mathematical equations describing these relationship are given. |
