The Department of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering of Florence (DIAF) has developed an instrumental procedure to measure the instantaneous force of the air jet produced by the fan and by the diffusers of the sprayer. This apparatus allows to measure the impulse and thus to estimate the momentum of air flow in dynamic conditions (i.e., with sprayer moving in the orchard) and at different distance, with or without canopy interference Il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Agraria e Forestale di Firenze (DIAF) ha elaborato un metodo strumentale per misurare la forza istantanea del getto d'aria prodotto dal ventilatore e dai diffusori dello spruzzatore. L'apparecchio messo a punto permette la misura dell'impulso per valutare così la quantità di moto del flusso d'aria in condizioni dinamiche (con l'irroratrice che si muove nel frutteto) ed a distanze differenti, con o senza interferenza della vegetazione
