Abstract This experiment was conducted as split plot in complete block design frame in 2006-2007 at karkendeh&hashmabad cotton research stations.maine plot contained: reversed plowing+disc،no tillage،two disc،strip plowing،chisel plowing+disc and sub plot included:Mutjenes earliness،syndose80،siokra324 in replication results in karkendeh shown that least yiled in first picking obtained from notillage+strip plowing had highest earliness& plowing+disk، chisel plowing+disc&two discs produced more yield then strip plowing.Notillage treatment had least cotton seed yield.siokra had good response to plowing +disc، No tillage، two discs 8 chisel plowing but syndose8o in strip plowing was better than other cultivars. in hashemabad station in first picking plowing +disc، two discs ،chisel plowing، produced high cotton seed yield & didn&rsquot abserve significant difference with strip plowing. These results abserved in view of total cotton seed yield too. siokra had good response to strip plowing. no tillage &two discs but syndose 8o (cv)in plowingt+disc&mutagens earliness in chisel plowing +disc was better than other treatments.
