There were strong fragrant smells and good quality in dry mushroom. The production of Agarics bitorbuis were successful using the artificial culture medium under cooling climate on woodland in mountain areas of Yanqing Sihai in Beijing. During the cultivation period the average air temperature was 15 ℃ to 26.2 ℃, the average soil temperature under the ground between 5 cm to 10 cm was 10 ℃ to 19 ℃. The stand closed degree of woodland was 0.6 to 0.7. The formulas of culture medium were cow manure and corn straw. The culture medium was composted between April to May. The mycelium was sowed between May to June. The mushrooms were matured between July to Septemper. The yields were 5 kilograms per square metre. The total output value were 40-
