As a result of research it is established, that at intralinear cow selection of the Belarus black-motley breed the animals of Valeriana-Blekstera lines are characterized by the best efficiency parameters (the superiority on the second lactation makes: on milk yield - on 10,7%, on dairy fat - on 11,1%), and at interlinear selection - the cows received by cross of lines of Bell-beacon х Starbuk-Klyajtus (excess are observed on all lactations and makes accordingly: the first lactation - on milk yield on 6,1%, on dairy fat - on 6,5%; the second lactation – on milk yield on 10,6%, on dairy fat - on 11,1%; the third lactation - on milk yield on 6,2% and to dairy fat - on 6,3%). Obtained data are authentic (Р0,05). At comparison of productive qualities of animals which were born in 2000 and 2001 on the first lactation is observed the tendency to increase of efficiency at first heifer of new generation. To a greater extent it is expressed in groups of line cross Valeriana-Blekstera х Starbuk-Klyajtus, where excess on milk yield at animals, which were born in 2001, in relation to first heifer, which were born in 2000, makes 4,4%, and by quantity of dairy fat - 4,6%
