Vegetative multiplication and regeneration by in vitro culture of four homozygote lines of the sunflower Helianthus annuus L
The goal of the present study is to elaborate systems for sunflower vegetative multiplication in vitro by means of direct organogenesis as well as by implantation of the terminal apexes on the Murashige and Skoog culture medium modified by the presence of three combination of growing substances.
