POROUS COMPOSITION COMPRISING SALT AND EDIBLE FAT
The present invention relates to a porous composition comprising fat, salt and hydrocolloids. These compositions can be used as bouillon cubes, and have the advantage that they are strong, and still dissolve well. The hydrocolloid may act as thickener when preparing a bouillon.
