Abstract A method for forming lithium ion battery by which the formation of a highly safe high-performance lithium ion secondary battery which can be reduced in size and weight, can be formed in an arbitrary shape, and has a high structure strength can be simplified and the productivity of the battery can be improved without using any solid enclosure can. The method includes a process for putting a negative electrode (5) formed by sticking a negative electrode material layer (52) to a negative electrode assembly (51), a separator (4), and a positive electrode (3) formed by sticking a positive electrode active material layer (32) to a positive electrode assembly (31) upon another in this order, by partially interposing an adhesive resin (6) containing at least a part of a plastic resin between the electrodes (5) and (3) and separator (4), and a process for plastically deforming the resin (6). Therefore, the formation of the lithium ion secondary battery can be simplified and the productivity of the battery can be improved. L'invention porte sur une méthode simplifiée de fabrication d'une batterie aux ions lithium très sûre, à performances élevées et d'une taille et d'un poids moindre, pouvant prendre une forme quelconque, d'une structure très résistante et ne nécessitant pas de boîtier. La méthode comprend un procédé consistant à empiler dans l'ordre, une électrode négative (5) constituée d'un matériau approprié (52) collé sur un support approprié (51), un séparateur (4), et une électrode positive (3) constituée d'un matériau approprié (32) collé sur un support approprié (31), et en interposant partiellement une résine adhésive (6) contenant au moins une partie de résine plastique entre les électrodes (3 et 5) et le séparateur (4), et sur un procédé de déformation de la résine (6). La formation de la batterie secondaire au lithium se trouve ainsi simplifiée et sa productivité peut être améliorée.
