Abstract | A uniaxially stretched polypropylene film which is excellent in tensile elongation in the transverse direction and transparency and is reduced in the generation of fibers caused by tearing. The film is obtained by uniaxially stretching a film-forming material comprising a polypropylene resin material comprising 40 to 95% by weight of a crystalline polypropylene and 60 to 5% by weight of a propylene/ alpha -olefin copolymer, dispersed as particles in the crystalline polypropylene, in such a manner that the dispersed copolymer particles come to have an aspect ratio (L/D), i.e., the ratio of an average major axis length (L) in a section in the machine direction to an average particle diameter (D) in a section in the film thickness direction, of 100 or higher and the average particle diameter (D) of 0.10 mu m or smaller.
Film polypropylène à étirage uniaxial qui présente d'excellentes propriétés d'extension dans le sens travers et de transparence, ainsi qu'une réduction de la production de fibres causée par la déchirure. Ledit film est obtenu par étirage uniaxial d'une matière filmogène qui comporte une résine de polypropylène contenant 40 à 95 % en poids d'un polypropylène cristallin et 60 à 5 % en poids d'un copolymère propylène/ alpha -oléfine dispersé sous forme de particules dans le polypropylène cristallin, de manière à ce que les particules de copolymère dispersées en arrivent à avoir un rapport de forme (L/D), c'est-à-dire le rapport d'une longueur (L) moyenne d'axe principal prise dans une partie dans le sens machine à un diamètre (D) moyen des particules pris dans une partie dans le sens de l'épaisseur du film, de 100 ou plus, le diamètre (D) moyen des particules étant égal ou inférieur à 0,10 mu m. |
