Un anneau de fixation (3) libre et amovible est rendu solidaire d'une plaque supérieure (4) d'un élément en forme de couronne (2) installé sur l'ouverture (11) d'un récipient (10) pour médicaments et autres liquides. Cet anneau (3) est rabattu afin de pouvoir entourer l'élément susmentionné (2). De ce fait, l'élément (2), un joint d'étanchéité statique en caoutchouc (19) ainsi que les parties apparentées, se trouvent hermétiquement assemblés.
