The invention relates to a method for the control of fungi at a locus which comprises applying to the locus a fungicidally effective amount of an isoxazole derivative of formula (I), wherein R is hydrogen or -CO2R , wherein R is as defined below; R is cyclopropyl; R is selected from halogen, -S(O)pR and C1-4alkyl or haloalkyl; n is two or three; p is zero, one or two; R is C1-4alkyl and R is C1-4alkyl; and to compositions containing the same.
