A bonded fabric comprises a mesh of filaments of the core-sheath type, the fabric having substantially no elasticity in the longitudinal direction under first conditions, but whose bonding is capable of breaking or yielding under second conditions without affecting the relatively strong filament cores. This fabric can be used to reinforce a hose or similar matrix, in which the bonding breaks when the product is flexed. Un tissu enduit selon l'invention est constitué d'un maillage de filaments du type fourreau à âme. Ledit tissu n'est pratiquement pas élastique dans le sens longitudinal dans des premières conditions alors que l'enduit est capable de se rompre ou de céder dans de deuxièmes conditions sans affecter les noyaux des filaments relativement résistants. Ce tissu peut être utilisé pour renforcer un tuyau ou une matrice similaire dans laquelle l'enduit se rompt lorsque le produit est fléchi.
