Abstract | A cold-rolled Al-killed steel sheet wherein the content of Cu is reduced below 0.010 % to thereby form mainly a recrystallized ferritic single phase for obtaining a high gamma value, Cu is incorporated in a content of 0.8 to 2.2 % and, upon recrystallization and annealing, Cu is brought into a solid solution state and is precipitated before working of the sheet or locally or wholly precipitated after the working according to the end use to thereby impart high strength to the precipitated Cu portion. If necessary, Ti, Nb, Ni or B may be incorporated in the cold-rolled steel sheet in a given amount.
Feuille d'acier calmé et l'aliminium laminé à chaud dans laquelle la teneur en C est réduite à une valeur inférieure à 0,010 % pour former principalement un phase simple ferritique recristallisée afin d'obtenir une valeur gamma élevée, du Cu est incorporé jusqu'à concurrence d'une teneur comprise entre 0,8 et 2,2 % et lors de la recristallisation et du recuit, le Cu est amené à un état de solution solide et est précipité avant l'usinage de la feuille ou est précipité localement ou totalement après l'usinage en fonction de l'utilisation finale, afin de conférer une résistance élevée à la partie ayant subi le traitement de précipitation de Cu. Si nécessaire, une quantité déterminée de Ti, Nb, Ni ou B peut être incorporée dans la feuille d'acier laminée à chaud. |
