Abstract | A method of printing patterned tissue includes flowing a bioink comprising cells and a biological cargo through a nozzle moving relative to a substrate and exposing selected voxels of the bioink to a pulsed electric field as the bioink flows through the nozzle. Consequently, a portion or all of the cells in each of the selected voxels undergoes electroporation and transfection with the biological cargo. A cell-laden filament comprising the bioink and including the selected voxels is continuously extruded from an outlet of the nozzle, and, as the nozzle moves relative to the substrate, the cell-laden filament is deposited in a predetermined pattern on the substrate. Thus, a tissue having spatial patterns of gene expression may be printed.
Un procédé d'impression de tissu à motifs consiste à faire couler une bio-encre comprenant des cellules et un chargement biologique à travers une buse se déplaçant par rapport à un substrat et exposer des voxels sélectionnés de la bio-encre à un champ électrique pulsé lorsque la bio-encre s'écoule à travers la buse.
