[Abstract] [Problem] To provide footwear and an insole which have the function of correcting bow-leggedness. [Solution] Footwear 1 equipped with a sole section 11 on which a foot is placed, and an upper section which is secured to the outer-peripheral section of the sole section 11 and wraps around at least the instep of the foot which is placed on the sole section 11, the footwear 1 being characterized in that the sole section 11 has: a level difference 11a formed in an area which faces at least the third toe, fourth toe, fifth toe and a metatarsophalangeal joint section thereof of the foot of the wearer, and also faces a section of the transverse head adductor hallucis muscle which is located nearer the heel than is said metatarsophalangeal joint section; and a front toe post section 20 which extends in the vertical direction and is provided so as to stand upright in a location between the metatarsophalangeal joint section of the first toe of the wearer and the metatarsophalangeal joint section of the third toe. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un article chaussant et une semelle intérieure qui ont pour fonction de corriger les jambes arquées. [Solution] L'article chaussant 1 est équipé d'une section de semelle 11 sur laquelle est placé un pied, et d'une section de tige qui est fixée à la section périphérique externe de la section de semelle 11 et s'enroule autour d'au moins le cou-de-pied du pied qui est placé sur la section de semelle 11, l'article chaussant 1 étant caractérisé en ce que la section de semelle 11 présente : une différence de niveau 11a formée dans une zone qui fait face au moins au troisième orteil, au quatrième orteil, au cinquième orteil et à une section d'articulation métatarso-phalangienne associée du pied de l'utilisateur, et qui fait également face à une section du muscle adducteur de l'hallux de la tête transverse qui est située plus près du talon que ladite section d'articulation métatarso-phalangienne; et une section de montant avant d'orteil 20 qui s'étend dans la direction verticale et est disposée de façon à se tenir à la verticale dans un emplacement entre la section d'articulation métatarso-phalangienne du premier orteil de l'utilisateur et la section d'articulation métatarso-phalangienne du troisième orteil. ［課題］Ｏ脚を補正する機能を有する履物及び中敷きを提供すること。 ［解決手段］履物１は、足が載せられるソール部１１と、ソール部１１の外周部に固定され、ソール部１１に載せられた少なくとも足の甲を包み込むアッパー部と、を備え、ソール部１１は、少なくとも使用者の足の中指、薬指、小指及びこれらの付け根部分と、当該付け根部分に対して踵寄りに位置する母趾内転筋横頭の部分とに対向する部位に形成された段差１１ａと、使用者の親指の付け根部分と中指の付け根部分との間の部位に立設され、上下方向に延びる前緒部２０と、を有することを特徴とする。
