Provided is a disc brake. A brake disc (13) is provided between a fixed disc (4) and an armature (5) of an electromagnet. A fastening bolt (14) used for fixedly mounting the electromagnet sequentially passes through a yoke (6) and the armature (5) of the electromagnet and the fixed disc (4). A positioning sleeve (7) is sleeved on the fastening bolt, one end of the positioning sleeve abutting against the yoke and the other end thereof abutting against the fixing disc, and the armature being in sliding fit with the positioning sleeve. A circular upper protruding edge is arranged on the disc surface of the fixed disc along a shaft hole, a central hole of a floating disc (2) being sleeved on the upper protruding edge. A snapping opening for snapping the positioning sleeve is formed in the floating disc, the snapping opening keeping a clearance fit to the positioning sleeve.
